Bio

For more than 30 years Kathy has helped hundreds of clients successfully achieve their real estate dreams and goals. Highly respected in her field as a “realtor’s REALTOR”, she brings extensive knowledge of the market and region, impeccable professionalism, innovative selling tools, and above all, a commitment to her client’s success. Armed with a powerful work ethic, unrivaled negotiation skills and a passion for the DFW Metroplex, Kathy has always gone above and beyond other area professionals. Whether employing masterful design and staging or the use of innovative technology in photography, video, virtual staging and marketing, she gets listings noticed and she gets them sold. In 2021, Kathy received her broker’s license and pursued a long time goal of opening a real estate brokerage, Integrity Plus Realty with partners Anita and Mike Jones.

Having grown and led one of the top producing real estate teams for over a decade Kathy knew that she was ready to take the next step by growing a brokerage. She and her partners  have established a brokerage for seasoned, professional agents, like herself, who are dedicated to providing the ultimate client experience in every real estate transaction. She believes that with specialized marketing and by showcasing the surrounding neighborhood, buyers can visualize not just a house, but a lifestyle. “I love nothing more than helping a client purchase a home they truly love.” This attitude and commitment has resulted in success and accolades year after year. Originally from Louisiana, Kathy’s family moved to Dallas by the time she was beginning first grade, so she claims Texas as her home state.

Today, Kathy calls Dallas her home but lived in Wylie, a Collin County suburb, for 28 years while raising her daughters. During the years in Wylie, Kathy served on several municipal boards and commissions and served 6 years on the Wylie City Council, the last as Mayor Pro Tem. As an empty nester, Kathy enjoys traveling, reading, walking, volunteering and spending quality time with her family and friends.
